Lynzaa provides free online tools for image processing, PDF utilities, QR code generation, productivity, and content creation. All tools are provided at no cost and are accessible without registration.

All file processing on Lynzaa occurs entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. This means:

• Processing speed depends on your device's capabilities.
• Large files may take longer to process on older devices.

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to keep Lynzaa available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create, or generate using Lynzaa. We do not claim any rights to your files, images, documents, or any output produced by our tools.

6.2 Processing

Since all processing occurs in your browser, we never have access to your content. Your files remain on your device throughout the entire process and are never transmitted to our servers.

6.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you process using Lynzaa. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unintended modification of your files.

7.1 As-Is Service

Lynzaa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 No Guarantee

We do not warrant that:

10 Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lynzaa operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
